Soldiers Hub
A whole unit on one board
A system for managing people, courses and schedules inside a unit. Three general calendars feed every soldier's personal calendar automatically, so each person sees exactly their own day instead of everybody else's. It runs in the browser, as an installed phone app and as a Windows program.

Course Schedule
A course day, hour by hour
A shared daily board for course environments, from the same family. One pool of activities feeds every course opened beneath it, the day is cut into 45 minute slots between 06:30 and 22:30, and everyone assigned gets the activity in their phone calendar with a reminder ahead of time.
